I’m a husband, a father, a distance runner, a mountain climber, and a land-locked surfer.

In 2001 when a mortgage company took a chance on a pizza delivery guy, I began my love affair with the mortgage industry. Selling mortgages came naturally to me, and within a few months, I rose to the top of my company. In the last fourteen years I have:

• Coached over 100 loan officers
• Closed over 300 million in personal production loan volume
• Served as President of the Utah Association of Mortgage Professionals
• Been a joint owner in two mortgage companies

Currently, I am the founder and president of Integrity First Lending—a company for exceptional loan officers.

While I had great success as a loan officer, I wanted to do more. I am a coach at heart; I’m excited to work with those that are already good and have a heartfelt desire to become even better. There is a tremendous difference in your quality of life when you’re closing 12–15 loans every month. I designed my company to give loan officers who are ready a tremendous amount of support and opportunities.
