Mortgage Loan Processors

We’re growing and are looking to add another exceptional Processor. Pay range is $24.50 – $31.75 per hour with excellent benefits + a per file bonus for closed loans.

We’re looking to hire ASAP, a signing bonus is available for well-qualified applicants!

Responsibilities

Mastery of guidelines so that you can be a pro-active problem solver.
Submitting 1-touch files to underwriting.
Clearing conditions while doing your best to not involve the loan officer or client.
Communication with clients and realtors when appropriate.

Qualifications

2-years minimum experience as a mortgage loan processor
Experience within the wholesale/broker channel is a plus
Our team thrives when we work together, we’re looking for a team player!
Is self-motivated
Is attentive to detail with an ability to problem-solve
Experience in the industry is a plus
