Loan Partners

We’re actively searching for great Loan Partners to work hand-in-hand with our loan officers in assisting with sending disclosures, gathering documents, and moving processing ready files forward. This is an hourly position paying $15-$19.50 per hour, plus bonuses and commission, depending on experience. This position can be a great way to grow and build your long-term career in the mortgage industry!

Responsibilities

Send disclosures and document checklist to clients
Collect and review documents and upload them into the client file
Move files forward to processing in a timely manner

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

Is self-motivated
Is attentive to detail with an ability to problem solve
Can talk with customers easily and resolve concerns with confidence
Is a team player! This is a support position. You must be willing to work to support our loan officers and work well with others in a team environment.
Experience in the industry is a plus!
